Peace River is the story of Casey Shane, a fifth generation New Mexico Rancher, who is raised by his Grandfather, Bo Shane, a WWII vet, who pours his life’s love and wisdom into Casey. Learning the ways of the Cowboy alongside his childhood friend, Maria Martinez, Casey is a championship caliber bull rider. Casey and Maria form a romantic bond before Casey enlists in the U.S. Army and joins the elite Special Forces.
Immediately following the events of September 11, 2001, Casey is deployed to Afghanistan where he fights alongside the Northern Alliance when wounded. Returning home, crushed by War and Personal Loss, Casey must draw on the Cowboy Way and a profound Faith in Christ to recover the Will to Live and the Love of his Life.

Jesus Christ, The Son of God, sets out to prepare Himself for His earthly mission to save humanity by dying on the cross to atone for the sins of the world. Christ is led into the Judean desert by the HOLY SPIRIT to strengthen His spirit with fasting, prayer and time with His heavenly Father.
After 40 days, weak from hunger, Christ is met by Satan who attempts to tempt Him to sin and abandon His painful mission to bring salvation to the world. Satan follows Christ closely creating turbulence in His path in an effort to cause fear, doubt, and terror. Jesus is also haunted by thoughts of what the future holds and nightmares of the inevitable agony He will endure on the cross. Taking advantage of the emotional bond Christ has with His earthly parents, Satan assumes their likeness in an effort to tempt Him into sin.

A FATHER'S LOVE
Charles Walker (Lonnie Colon) returns to his abandoned son (Daniel Favela-Gary) after having been gone for fifteen years. Charles, a reborn Christian, invites his Son to a weekend camping trip so he can reintroduce himself and establish a new beginning for them both.
David Walker, the son of Charles Walker, reluctantly agrees to the camping trip and struggles throughout the trip with the burden of his unsettled past. The two men learn that they must confront their matters before they can allow new possibilities between them to develop.
Charles makes every attempt to apologize for his absence but learns that the forgiveness of God is not so common in others.
